Ten Town Giveaway Terms & Conditions:
1. This competition is promoted by Ten Town Limited, The Old Orchard, Crescent Road, Stafford, ST17 9AL.
2. Entries are open to anyone working or volunteering at a school, nursery or education establishment.
3. Entry is made on behalf of the school, nursery or education establishment.
4. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter this competition.

6. The closing date for entries is 30/06/2022. No entries received after this date will be accepted.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Only one entry is eligible per email address.
9. The prize is a 12-month school subscription to the 0 to 20 Premium Plan which includes home access for all pupils in the school or nursery (as required). The prize also includes (FC10) 0 to 10 flash cards, (WF10) 0 to 10 wall frieze, (FC20) 10 to 20 flash cards, (WF20) 10 to 20 wall frieze and (NB10) 0 to 10 drawstring number bags.
10. Existing school subscribers are eligible to enter. In the event of an existing subscriber winning, the 12-month subscription will be started when their current subscription expires.
11. Every entry will also have the option for a one-month free trial of Ten Town. If the entrant opts into the free trial, they will be emailed a login for the Ten Town Basic Usage Plan.
12. The free month trial does not apply to existing users.
13. The use of the Ten Town online platform requires a minimum technical specification which can be viewed at https://tentown.co.uk/techspec. Ten Town cannot be held responsible for any technical issues experienced accessing the site, including blocking by school security networks and firewalls, although we will always endeavour to assist in resolving any problem.
14. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable.
15. No cash or prize alternatives are available.
16. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random notified by email no later than 14/07/2022.
17. The winner will be required to provide a delivery address for the resources. Ten Town reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
18. Any application containing incorrect or false information will be rejected.
19. Ten Town’s decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.
